Education Programs
The Network offers nearly one hundred hours of education per year, most of which are approved for Continuing Legal Education credits.
Practicum I and II
The Practicum courses are typically the first educational program that new members attend. Each course quickly enables the new member to get up to speed on general estate planning concepts, and on specific Network documents. There is a focus on practice development and marketing, as well as practice management and systems for the estate planning firm.
Practicum I and II are five-day live training events, and are now part of the Practicum Transition Process.
Spring and Fall Collegium
The Spring and Fall Collegium events have become the most exciting gathering of estate planners in the country. Regardless of your current practice level, there is something for everyone, including nationally known legal and personal development keynote speakers, specialty workshops, breakout sessions on a variety of topics at all levels of expertise, and networking opportunities with other members.
Two-Day Specialty Workshops
The Network offers many basic and advanced legal-technical workshops to allow the member to go into more depth and gain a deeper understanding of a wide variety of topics.
Niche Training
Training is also available to develop specific practice niches such as Medicare Planning, Settlement, and planning for High Net Worth estates.
